APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP AND CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/03 AND GDPR 2016/679;

1 RECENT PHOTO IN PASSPORT FORMAT IN UNIFORM OR CIVILIAN CLOTHES with a white or single-color background (other formats or backgrounds will not be considered);

PAYMENT OF €. 25,00 for regular and extraordinary members as an annual membership fee and € 35.00 for supporters as an annual contribution;

Reference to the membership card or declaration.

CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP

1. Members are distinguished into regular and extraordinary members.

2. Regular members are members of the state-organized police forces (Carabinieri, State Police, Guardia di Finanza, Forestry Corps, and Prison Police) as well as the locally organized police forces (provincial and municipal police), the state and municipal fire departments, and the harbor authority (coast guard). You can be in active service in the corps or department to which you belong, have served there for a short time, or be retired or on leave.

3. Extraordinary members are widows and widowers, orphaned sons and daughters of regular members, and employees who perform technical-administrative support activities and are employed in the offices and administrations of the corps as per the previous paragraph of this article. This category also includes persons who, although not belonging to the police forces mentioned in paragraph 2, hold or have held senior positions in the armed forces, public prosecutor’s offices, and prefectures of Italy.

4. Supporting friends are all natural persons who declare that they share the principles, programs, and goals proposed by the association, contribute to their realization, and commit to complying with the association’s statutes and regulations as well as applicable laws.

– Those who apply for membership in the association undertake with their signature on the prescribed application form or registration form to

a) accept and respect the rules of the Italian section of the International Police Association, particularly the national statutes;

b) maintain behavior in the life of the association and in relationships with other members based on the feeling of friendship, honor, and morality, with the utmost respect in relationships with other members and all structures of the association;

c) exercise the right to criticize only within the institutional structures of the International Police Association and only in permitted forms while maintaining the highest level of respect and fairness;

d) abstain from any activities that are not in line with the association’s goals;

e) accept and respect unreservedly all instructions and measures of the bodies responsible for the organizational, administrative, and accounting management of the association;

f) completely acknowledge the functions of the arbitration tribunal as the sole body of arbitration and final, unappealable judgment and accept all disciplinary measures without reservation.

You authorize the I.P.A. to process their personal data in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and GDPR 2016/679 to enable the fulfillment of the association’s objectives and purposes.
